filefilei have deposited Rs 20k in casino days which I lose. After that I received bonus of Rs 5k with 35times wager. I played well and win big amount and complete my wager bonus. After that I request for withdrawal which was pending for two days. Than again i lose and left with Rs 49k in my main balance. After that I win again and my balance was Rs 270k. Now casino days confiscated Rs 250k and left with Rs 20k which I withdraw after some days.

So they confiscated my funds which you can see in my attachments. Pls help me to recover my funds.

Have you tried contacting casino support regarding this issue? Has the casino provided an explanation for the confiscation of your winnings?

Hi

II have received the cash back bonu of Rs 5000. With that I have to wager 40 times. I played and win and able to wager the bonus. After that bonus been transferred to main balance account. Now I give request for withdrawl which they have rejected and confiscated the Funds of Rs 250k. I contacted them but they don't reply. They have sent the mail which shows the reason of confiscation which not acceptable to me. I have attached the screen shots here for your understanding and confirmation of issue.

I see that the casino accused you of breaching the maximum allowed bet. Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex:

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

Please ask casino days, how i breach their condition. They only making a point just to confiscate my funds because they don't want to pay. I am not only person whose money is blocked but I came across so many cases where winning amount was confiscated. They are big cheaters.
