Thank you for your emails, sissma. Do I understand correctly that the casino accused you of breaching the maximum allowed bet? I checked the Bonus T&Cs and I found this:

"The maximum individual stake that can be wagered whilst having an active bonus is:

Slots and Video Slots - Maximum of 50 kr per spin or 5 kr per bet line is allowed.

Any other game - 300 kr per bet.

The maximum stake allowed includes playing/purchasing any additional in game features including the gamble option.

Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings at our absolute discretion."
