The player's withdrawa has been canceled without any explanation from the casino. The complaint was resolved as the casino paid out the player.

The Casino declined my withdrawal without reason. no email or answers now when i am requesting the reasons.

Three days before they told me that i will receive it in the morning on saturday respectively it will be proceeded on friday night. they assured me the withdrawal.

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account fully verified? Did you use and deposit or no deposit bonus to accumulate your winnings?

Also please note, if it's your first ever withdrawal request in the casino, it might take up to 14 days for the money to arrive to your account. I believe there will be a reasonable explanation from the casino for the canceled withdrawal.

Its ok now. i told them that i opened a claim at casinoguru. After that i received answers and they proceedednthe withdrawal
