I won here around 10000€. All of my many deposits have been made via Neteller. I went to withdraw and saw that they had removed Neteller from my withdrawal options even I just deposited via Neteller. I then contacted live chat, they told me to withdraw via Skrill. I did that.


They accepted two Skrill withdrawals. Then they suddenly cancelled my 3 pending withdrawals to Skrill and told me to withdraw via Neteller even there has not been that option available for a long time. Said I'm withdrawing with wrong method as my deposits have been made with Neteller even they before specifically told me to withdraw with Skrill because there is no Neteller available.


This is just delaying of my withdrawals. So suddenly they are not allowing me to withdraw with Skrill and there is no Neteller method available on the withdrawal methods. Please I need help. My account is fully verified so it's not KYC issue.
