I played at the oA Casino, first lost a deposit of € 30, then I lost another € 30, also lost, then € 40 and I won € 150. Clicked on payment ... waited, nothing happened ... Employee with the number 04318838020 called me, asked me why I would only want to win 150 € (...) the whole thing took and I decided to do so still playing and lost my "win"! I then deposited € 70 and played, lo and behold, won, first € 300, then € 400, then € 600.50, I was happy like Bolle ... clicked on the payment and then asked how long the payment would take ) "I should give the casino some time" today I learn that I am supposed to be violating deposit rules that are never never never correct. The casino credited me € 70, I deposited € 170, to ask and call, no chance, staff simply left the chat! Next attempt, also no result, employee totally unfriendly, wanted to delete my account, should write an e-mail, I insisted on deletion due to fraud, all of a sudden everything went !!! Do I have chances to get my money back?

Hello, since the terms and conditions are set up by predatory / fraudulent, I can not even tell you. The general terms and conditions state that the stake may not be increased by x10 (in my case that would not violate the guidelines, since 70x10 = 700)
The casino said "According to the finance department, the payout was canceled because they wagered more than 30% of the deposit."
Something like that is not allowed at all and fraud!
