The player from Switzerland is suggesting that his country should have been listed as restricted jurisdiction. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
The casino is regulated by the MGA. The MGA has informed all casinos that Swiss customers have not been accepted as customers since 2019. Despite this, Cashimashi Casino has continued to offer its service, even though it violates Swiss law and the license is illegal in Switzerland. I have even had this confirmed by the Swiss regulatory authority or can send you the contact. Cashimashi thus violates international law and offers the service illegally in Switzerland. After my advice, the casino reacted and excluded Swiss customers from the casino, but my deposits were never refunded. The regulator also supports the casino.
Thank you for your support.

Could you please advise why do you believe that Switzerland should have been listed between restricted countries? Meanwhile, I have sent an email to the casino support requesting an information regarding restricted territories but didn’t receive answer yet.
