Unfortunately there was no point in complaining... Today I checked and my withdrawal was canceled by the casino, without any explanation as to why... I made a new withdrawal, I have to wait a few more days... and they asked us to be patient and wait another 14 days before submitting the complaint . This is the second time they cancel.. after several days waiting for the money.
I don't understand why it takes so long... If to play, you only credit when you receive payment and why do we have to wait 14 days or more, o A total disappointment with the casino... a lack of respect for consumers... No credibility none.. ZERO!!!!
Other sites make pix at the time of withdrawal..
I made a new withdrawal now, and I would like a date, because the money I earned is rightfully mine, since adding the two cancellations, it has already been almost 14 days..

Infelizmente não adiantou reclamar.. Hoje verifica e minha retirada foi canelada pelo casino, sem nenhum explicação do motivo... Faco nova reitrada, tenho que esperar mais alguns dias... e nos pedem paciencia e esperar mais 14 dias antes submeter a reclamação. Ja a segunda vez que cancelam.. apos vários dias esperando o dinheiro.
Não entendo o motivo de tanta demora.. Se para jogar , vcs so creditam quando recebem o pagamento e por que nos temos esperar 14 dias ou mais , o Uma decepção total com casino... uma falta respeito com consumidor... Sem credibilidade nehuma.. ZERO !!!!

Fiz nova retirada agora, e gostaria de uma data , pois esse dinheiro , que ganhei é meu por direito, pois somando os dois cancelamentos, ja foram quase 14 dias..
