The player from Canada had his winnings cancelled due to unfinished wagering requirements, however, he claims, he wasn’t aware of playing with the bonus. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited 50 and had some 13 dollar bonus activated that I was not aware of. I turned my 50 in to 6000 played for a few weeks everyday . I had 1764 left in my account while playing my account was cleared back to 50. I was told at this point I did not meet the bonus requirement because roulette doesn’t count. I had no idea I was playing under some bonus. They cleared my account and told me sorry. This is a scam if you don’t know your playing under a bonus. So basically I had the account up to 6000 and it’s all play money.??? Says who. I feel scammed big time
