I been trying to get my check from this casino with the support team being really aggressive and not giving me answers as to why my check has not been mailed when I made my withdrawal it said it would be 5-7 days I been waiting for 8 days and my check still hasn’t been mailed I ask why and they don’t even answer me I tried chat they just make up things it’s very upsetting to be a vip player and not being treated with respect and when I ask questions I just bothering them they can’t even give me a straight answer I was just threatened that they will block my questions so I guess I will never get my winnings even though you took my money with no issues and I don’t understand how a casino can just be printing checks once a week unacceptable
