I created an account at this casino, I received 100 free spins, from which I managed to withdraw about 32 euros with x20 turnover. The problem arises here, I played, including completing the turnover, after which I tried to withdraw my money, 250 Euros, and 10 Euros left to play more. I played before, from which I made 80 or so euros, without the 250 that I had given to withdraw. Now I received 50 euros in my account, the money from the casino disappeared, and my bonus was canceled because I used an error on the website, which is not my problem. I deposited the minimum 10 Euro anyway. even if I played before the bonus or after. it's not my fault for their error or errors...very dishonest.

Did you receive any specific explanation from the casino about which exact rule has been breached and why your winnings have been confiscated? Were all your winnings confiscated?

Lastly, could you please specify which exact bonus you have redeemed and played? I would like to check the terms and conditions. Have you deposited any funds into your account?

I received a no deposit bonus. I haven't read all the terms, such as I can't play the resulting amount of 32 euros without depositing. I was able to play after which I filed. they say it was a mistake. but I didn't benefit intentionally, I even made a subsequent deposit, where I ran the deposit and had 84 euros, when I had made the withdrawal of 250 euros. after which I received 50 euros in my account and the message from the support was that they canceled all my winnings because I benefited from the error. I'm just a player

Ok i don t make a big deposit, but why my cash or bonus cash is 0 now. And only 50 euro withdraw. ? Just in case, i think is a unfain casino. For future i have to be more carefull.
