The rules of the bonus play state that the player may take only one no-deposit bonus between deposits. The player was not aware of the rule at the time. The problem was resolved, so we closed the complaint.

Hello.

I have withdrawn 50 euros no deposit via crypto in the past from this casino from a free no deposit promotion. This time, apparently, the casino was hurt by the fact that I managed to do this trick for the second time and they used a dirty first deposit trick, explaining that they were relying on the new regulations. As far as I know, cryptocurrency payments are anonymous and I don't think this casino requires me to deposit, given that I already have a processed withdrawal in my crypto wallet in my account history.

I hope that the attachments I am sending you will be proof enough that this casino has started using a dirty policy that should not be happening at all. I hope You will help me in this matter. Thank You in advance.

I have checked the casino’s Bonus Terms and Conditions and this is what I found:

Prior to making your initial deposit, you are only eligible for one free bonus. Any winnings will be declared void if more than one bonus is claimed without making a deposit.

Since you have already claimed your first no-deposit bonus and you did not deposit anything in the casino, I’m afraid you are not eligible for winnings from another no-deposit bonus. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Ajajaj.. I didn't read that unfortunately :/

So I don't understand why the casino is deceiving me and telling me that I need to make a minimum deposit of 20 EUR to trigger the withdrawal of this winnings.

The other side of the coin is that since I already have a payout from free promotions in their system, I don't know what is the purpose of sending me a second free promotion, since now it may be that I will make a payment for this payout and they will support the point of the regulations you indicated in your statement.. -.-

I recommend you ask customer support if the free cash is really possible to withdraw after you deposit. But according to the Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for two free bonuses in a row without depositing.

Is there anything else I can help you with or may I consider this complaint resolved?
