Hello I have a problem with this casino called campeonbet.com.

I opened my account on May 2019 and I uploaded and emailed my documents. And on June 3, 2020 I received an email saying that the verification process has been successfully completed and that my account is now fully verified and you can proceed with deposits and withdrawals.

And now I have an active withdrawal made on May 6,2020 but they haven't paid it yet. I have asked them about it. I have also emailed them about it.

And they emailed me in May 16,2020 saying that my request has been forwarded to the relevant financial department and it will proceed as soon as possible. I kept on emailing them and they asked additional documents which I sent them and they said it was verified but until now they haven't paid my withdrawal!

We would like to ask the Campeonbet Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
