Hello, i have a problem with Campeonbet betting. Namely, they will not verify my account in any way, even though I submitted all the documents they asked for. The last thing that got stuck was that they asked me for a certificate of residence or a police register. I provided them with my residence card as well as an official document from the national register where my new address of residence was entered. And still nothing is happening, I wonder if anyone else was in this situation and if they solved it. I have on account 30 000 nok( 2868 eura) ,that i cant withdraw.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly. It seems that the casino has a strict verification process, but it's not unusual. I would suggest contacting the casino and find out what documents exactly are required and provide them in best possible quality, correct format and as soon as possible. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.
