I deposited €40 and tried to play the game, but it didn't open. I logged out and after that I tried to log back in, but it didn't work anymore despite numerous attempts. Customer service refuses to answer my messages anymore.

For some reason, I can no longer log into my game account at all. The casino has never responded to my messages. All I've done is try to play a game that won't start. After that I logged out and I haven't been able to log in again. In my opinion, I haven't broken any of the casino's rules, but the casino doesn't even give me the opportunity to withdraw my deposited money.

The matter has already been resolved. It took 4 days for customer service to respond to my message. Not very fast service, but I got back into my game account and the money was playable.
