Busr is a big joke. They will let you deposit money to lose all day but soon as you win . They will ask for all your personal information, and it’s a process for that to get approved. One approved they will lock your account and you will be deny access once reach customer service daily they will assure you this problem is out of there hands . Now that I been logged out my account for weeks for security reasons , i am keep getting told to wait for a end of daily resolution . At the end of the day nothing . After I was blocked on social media platforms , they are assuring me this is a no time frame and is out of there hands but for 3 weeks seriously? At first is was my documents then my documents were approved about 2 weeks ago . I have the email proving my documents were verified. Along with that , I received an email with the wrong account information displayed and explained to them how they may have my account mixed up with someone else’s they assured me that’s is was the right account
nevertheless I was right now I’m waiting on the end result in all honesty does not look like it coming .
