Case summary

The player from Finland had his account unexpectedly blocked after he won, despite having been able to make several deposits. The casino had claimed that the player violated their terms by signing up as underage. The player had disputed this, offering to verify his age, but the casino had proposed to refund the deposits instead of the winnings. The player had also accused the casino of lying about duplicate accounts. We had concluded that the casino had acted correctly as the player was self-excluded, therefore any winnings generated were rightfully denied and only the deposits were to be refunded.

Yo,

I joined this site while ago, but today I got email from them and decided to check if my account is open. I was able to log in and make a few deposits. After a while I managed to win something. Then suddenly my account was blocked. They told me it's some error affecting anyone, but it was kind of obvious they were lying. Well now they are saying I violated casino terms and signed as underaged player. Which isn't true I even added my age to the site. I might have said I'm underaged when I asked my account to be closed, sometimes casinos refuse to do so, even though I mention gambling problem. So I find it helpful from time to time. Anyways, I said I can verify my age that shouldn't be problem. They said they will send my deposits back, but I'm not fine with that.

They blamed some glitch too, and that's why my account was reopened. I find it funny I was able to play several hours and after I won they blocked me. So they had 0% of loosing when they reopened my account, knowing if I would lose its cool, but if I win they will just confiscate the winnings.

Hello Jorms,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Bullsbet.io Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What date did you enter during the registration? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that giving fake details or information to any online casino is strictly forbidden and they can block you and confiscate any kind of balance (they are not even obligate to refund the deposit).

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

I never gave false info, only when I wanted my account to be closed. I first probably said I'm gambling addict, but when they refuse I add I'm underaged, that usually helps. Altho that says a lot about the site, when they won't close the account when gambling problem is stated.

Account wasn't verified, I was about to verify it to withdraw my balance, but got blocked before. To be honest I have registered to hundreds of sites, so I can't remember which ones I have closed etc. I just logged in normally when I got email about some promo. I didn't ask for it to be reopened or anything. I never gave false info when registered only to get the account blocked. Which even failed miserably. But they can't be running a scam in which they have nothing to lose.

I spoke to the support two days ago, they told they have nothing to add anymore. So no point talking to them. As I can see from the other complaints, they are clearly refusing to close accounts when people mention gambling addiction. And closing accounts when people win. They are running clearly a scam here.

Can casino.guru mark that as private because these idiots add email addresses here. And what the fk you talking about duplicate accounts? I'm actually interested because why the hell would I open duplicate account especially to some bad Curacao licensed site. I just use different email address for Skrill.

But yeah to the original problem. I won without breaking any rules. I couldn't remember if I had account blocked permanently or for 6 months etc. I just got email and decided to login. Funny I could play for +4 hours and then when I won you blocked me...

As you can see from the provided screenshots they said they had some problem with every account logins (they lied) now they are lying about duplicate accounts. So pretty clear all they do is lie.

And I never agreed that's it's fine you send deposits back. Maybe you should check the email convos. And for last it's not my fault you can't keep the accounts closed.

Well, do you want me to verify the age so you can send me the missing +500€

Hello Jorms,

If you were self-excluded, no matter how much you win, the casino is never allowed to refund you back anything above the deposited amount which means they did everything correctly.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?

Ok ok. Maybe I should have checked if I was legit to play. But the accusations about duplicate accounts are bs, I don't know why they have to keep lying all the time.

Hello Jorms,

It does not affect the outcome that the casino is supposed to refund the deposit only and deny any winnings generated there. We will be now closing the complaint as the casino acted correctly.
