A player from Estonia started playing on the Bspin Casino, and after receiving a bonus and some winnings, their account was unexpectedly shut down and the balance reset to zero. The player is unable to get a response from the casino's customer service. The complaint was resolved as the player's account got reactivated.

Today throught your site i registred to bspin casino. Time in Estonia (+2 utc) was 14:32 ( i received email from bspin.io, i will attch it)

I received 120% bonus


I started playing slots.

Played only one my favorite slot WILD JACK 81.

I had big winnings and then loses, my accounts balance was 6000, then 10500, then again 7000, then when accounts balance was about 8000, i was dropped from casino.

I then trying to make log into account i had meesage that account DO NOT EXIST!

Please help me with this.


I tryied to enter chat into site, but chat are fake. No any answer.

Then i tryed to login more and more time, tryied another device. Nothing helps. and then casino sent me again email that i registred again, but balance are 0.
