The player struggles to withdraw his balance due ongoing verification. The complaint was closed as the player lost all his balance and closed his casino account.

I deposited 20 euro in Bruno Casino a month ago or so.

I won and finished the waging requirements and i was winning about 900+ euro after some downsing i was requested to withdraw the remaining 650+euro.The withdrawl flagged as "done"


All the time the customer support insisted that it takes up to 5 business days to transfer my money to my bank account(Revolut)

After 7 or so business days i had no money in my account.

i contact again with support and asked by them to send a bank statement for this period.

i sent it to them and after 24 hrs they cancelled my withdrawl.They transfer the money to my casino account


i requested again to withdraw the same amount of money 13/3 to another bank account .Same conversations with customer support the following days.

21/3 asked me again for bank statement ,i sent it again to them .

22/3 they cancelled again my withdraw with no reason,


I bet and i lost all the money because there is no point to believe that this scam casino will give me my money.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I disabled my account yesterday.,so i dont have access any more.

They aprroved both my withdrawls and never mentioned anything about further identification in order to proceed my request.

They had approved my ID document .

My home address and proof of bank deposit was still pending.I sent all the documents more than 20+ days ago


I talked to the casino many times the last 15 days,last time i reached them was yesterday when they cancelled my 2nd withdrawl after 8 days and support team told me that they will email me to explain the reason.Never received anything from them.


Then a few hours later i gambled all the money and asked them to delete my account beacuse they were a scam site that doesnt want to pay the players.
