The player from the Czech Republic requested a withdrawal of €2,000. Then he found out his winnings were confiscated and in his balance was left only €25. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
For about a month and a half, I documented all the documents needed for selection and verification. When everything was verified, I entered a withdrawal of € 2,000 (week limit) and I waited for another almost two weeks, and when I then signed up from € 8,000, I only had € 25 there. I went through the bonus conditions and I didn't break anything. After about two e-mails sent to the casino with complaints, no one answered.
