As per Casino's terms and conditions the minimum withdrawal amount is 100, therefore our support agent advised you to deposit at least 50 EUR on top of this no deposit bonus winnings and wager it in order to create withdrawal request for minimum allowed amount of 100 EUR.
So I’m changing my review to neutral for now For the last time. They went back and fixed the issue and gave me the full amount. Stats: 19 days total 10 days verify 9 days to pay out But if Bovegas want players returning then they have to payout and review documents in a timely fashion 9 days wait. After 8 days They cancelled it then after complaining and posting a bad review on here they saw they were in error had to resubmit the second time and that took one day. A Bitcoin payout should never take 7 days when some others payout within one hour after submitting the request

In order to withdraw winnings each player must go through documents verification procedure. This is done for security reasons and to make sure that winnings will successfully reach the client. However as per information from the casino representative some documents required for verification were not provided and some were filled incorrectly. That is why they had to re-request missing documentation. Our maximum withdrawal limit is standard up to $2000 per transactions.
All these bad user reviews but they have a perfect reputation???. How's That? After depositing over $6000 I finally won a $2800 small jackpot years ago. After that day I was demoted. I did not get any bonuses and if I wanted to get my withdrawal approved I had to keep depositing and playing but on special games that they chose. Do not play this casino!!!! There are plenty of good casinos to choose from. This is not one!!! They took two months to process my verification info. I have deposited hundreds of dollars and one $1,200 back. They are paying out in installments $200 at a time. It’s taking 3 weeks for each installment.
