The player from the United States had his account blocked after accumulating a substantial win. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
i have been using bovada faithfully for about the past year or so. I had a refer a friend bonus and i hit over $5 K i wAS ECSTATIC NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH BOVADA.
Now my account is on hold and they are investigating me.... but they took my friends deposit no problem but when its time to pay out they wanna be stingy, i work my own schedule at work, if they dont pay me out what is rightfully mine i will go on a massive crusade against bovada and it will cost them more than $ 5 K .

Please understand that it is a common procedure for casinos to audit players’ accounts, particularly, after accumulating a substantial win. From our experience, it may take 14 days, but every casino is different and has its own procedure which needs to be followed. That’s why we advise players to be patient and fully cooperate with the casino.
