I have received an email stating for $20. I would get access to a specific bonus. I deposited $20 not once but possibly two or three times to get this bonus and then I’m told I have to deposit $150 and play over a course of so many days to receive a bonus but they are saying that it is minimum of $30 yet. It does not state that anywhere.

I did reach out to Custer support three times the first two representatives stated they’re not sure why I was not getting my bonus and that they would escalate the case. The third representative stated that the email stating $20 for the bonus was just for the first bonus listed in the email the second bonus listed in the email required $150. deposit. That is not stated anywhere in the email and I did not find anything about that until the third time trying to contact Support in regards to this.
