Despite successful account verification and contacting the support, the casino had claimed technical problems as the reason for the delay. Won 380 Euros with bets at boomerang.bet. I wanna pay out 300 euros.

the first problem was that you can only use the payout option with which you've made the deposit. So here fore I made a new deposit with 20euros with credit card and 25 euros via Skrill.

on 23 october I made withdrawal request: 300 euros via credit card. Now 2 weeks are gone and the support (Live-Chat and e-mail) talk about that the payment is delayed due to technical problems.

My account is verifyed.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if your new payment method has been approved for a withdrawal already?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

  • No, there isn't an active bonus.

So today they cancelled my request again because of technical issues... They told me I should choose another payment method. I made new request for withdrawal via skrill.
