with a deposit of 26€ + bonus money 26€ i won about 2400€, after wagering i ordered 500€ to be paid out. I was told that it can take up to 5 days for the money to be in my account, after 7 days there was still no money in my account.

Unfortunately, it is not very user-friendly, but some casinos have it this way. Of course, we would prefer if casinos had clearly stated wagering requirements in players' accounts, but it is not an industry standard yet.
