This casino is an absolute NO GO, as soon as you win, you are blocked with limits so that you cannot convert the bonus. The support just stalls and you get screwed. You will have to wait until the 30-day period to implement the bonus expires and any winnings will be forfeited. For me it was about 6470€. Keep your hands off it, they only look for losers and fool winners here. No idea how this casino got a license.

I can't recommend this casino either, the customer service isn't really helpful or you have the feeling you're just being ripped off. The verification is only used to withhold payments and is absolutely laughable in scope. The felt 100 documents that you have to submit are either not accepted or 100 others are requested. It was my favorite casino after Slotilda closed. Initially, withdrawals were processed within 5 minutes and paid out on Skrill. The RTPs were good. In the meantime you have to wait up to 3 days for a payout, under 2 days nothing works! If there is a weekend in between, it is at least 4 days! Much too long. Cashback has been abolished, there are 0.0 bonuses for regular players, even after big losses. Absolute no go in today's casino world. I have basically had good experiences with this casino, as I have won more often, which is now actually a rarity in all casinos, you don't have to talk about that at all. I haven't felt like I've been totally screwed in a long time. There were quite often free spins, you didn't know that anymore. After all, it is my fault that I did not initiate a payment. But then with a deposit of €50 I actually won €2,000 however I managed to do it as I only play with very small stakes. I then gave this amount for payment. The verification was very bumpy, to put it mildly, and was really nerve-wracking, hence a star deduction. However, the support was always nice and helpful. It took 14 days in total but I received my money. Since then, however, everything has been pretty much "dead", and I'm having the same experience now that I've made a payment. I think that's what I wanted.. something has to come in from the player first, probably what was paid out. But I'm out of there, my budget doesn't allow it :-) I don't believe in the "coincidence" that is so often communicated in casinos, something that is programmed can never be a coincidence :-) I think there are tiny little windows in which you can win. If you hit exactly such a time window, you win. Most of the time, however, these time windows remain closed, which we can all sing a song about. Ich werde sicher noch das ein oder andere Mal mein vermeintliches "Glück" versuchen, aber nur in diesem Casino :-)
