I won a booi free spins bonus, after doing the rollover and having approximately 160 reais, I put 100 reais for withdrawal. With the negative and the need for verification, I started the process of sending the images. All of them with "help" from the support, always trying to correct what was indicated. As it turns out, I have sent multiple images, all showing my face, my ID and casino login as requested - some of the images attached. However, all were rejected. For "A" or "B" reasons, even if those don't make sense, like the case where they informed me that my finger was above my date of birth, but in fact it was covering the year in which I got my first driver's license, only (given that which has no value to the casino). When I only requested that they release my withdrawal of 100 reais (REAL VALUE), this was again denied. There are no more different ways to capture the images, the image is in the highest quality of a s22 cell phone from 2022. Since, by minimally approaching the images, it is possible to visualize all the information clearly.
