I have been unable to access my casino account since September 24th. Every time I try to log in, I encounter an error or my access is denied. Currently, my account contains a balance of 995,000 TRY that I cannot withdraw or access. I received no prior warning before this date and did not violate any terms of service. When I tried to contact customer support regarding this matter, I was either ignored or received evasive and vague responses without any logical explanation.
