Boo Casino - The player's winnings were voided.

I was playing with bonus and deposit money, wager over 2000 euros and in the end left wit 190 from what 19 was bonus funds so I withdraw 170 all ok till email me saying I breach the term and conditions and took all my winnings. what can I do

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? How much did you deposit and did the casino refund it? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if you did bet over the maximum allowed limit, the casino had every right to void your winnings generated from the bonus.

I was never ask to provide identity, I deposited over 140 past week or so. the last deposit was 10 euro , I live chat with casino yesterday just before I opened this case, I have play different sites but never happened, they don't let you bet then the bet you are aloud. norefund for my own money

ok chat again with the casino, they didn't show exactly where I breached the terms but they say my bonus was about 11 euros won from free spins and I suppose to bet 1.1 per spin which I dond remember going over 1veuro bet, but at the time of withdraw the bonus money was 19.15 or 19.80 which make me a bet of nearly 2 euro. how is this breach of terms?

The max bet remains the same from the beginning until the bonus is active and the amount depends on the initial bonus recived.
