My free spins winning amount was 2.7 only, I completed the wagering but couldn't withdraw,and in chat I was told my wagering amount is 764$,and believe me I wagered 764$ with my 2.7$ bonus,then they told me I have to deposit before I can make a withdraw.. KEEP AWAY FROM BOOOO, it's really SCARY.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Was it a No Deposit Bonus? Could you please send me a link of the exact bonus that you redeemed? I would like to check out the bonus T&Cs.

Also, I would like to point out, that it isn’t unusual to ask the players to make a deposit before withdrawal, especially if the bonus you played with was a No Deposit Bonus. And, if your balance was consisting only from your free spin winnings, there is a chance that it wasn’t enough to cover the minimum withdrawal amount.
