The player from Canada has completed wagering requirements. Unfortunately, all the winnings were cancelled. Casino provided relevant evidence that player broke T&Cs, specifically max bet rule.

Ok so I deposited 50 bucks and they gave me a bonus but I reached the bonus requirement I had to basically lose all my money then win it all back the bonus requirement was gone where it says withdrawable funds it was a o.oo it went from 1550$ in bonus funds to 0.00 I even asked costumer service if they're would be a problem they told me to make sure that I reached the bonus requirement which I did then they to verify by sending a bill with my name and address my credit card and my driver license I wait a little bit over a week to get an email from them stating that my decline request has been been declined my money had been voided what kind if company could do that to somebody especially during a worldwide pandemic they took advantage of me jus so they could screw me over I dont want that to happen to anybody else they should be shut down indefinitely plane and simple

"In order for a player to be able to request a withdrawal of an amount won from the Sign-up free spins the player needs to have at least one deposit transaction on their account."

 

Could you please confirm that you have deposited funds in to your account? Have you received 25 spins for your registration and later 200% BONUS + 30 FREE SPINS on your first deposit, is that correct?

I'm not sure some 5.00 dollar nonsense but they never let me know nothing about this otherwise I wouldntve requested and withdrawal instead they told me that I couldnt request a withdrawal until I met the bonus requirement and then when I did that they kept asking me to send proof of my address so I sent them my driver's license my phone bill and and card never once was I told about this nonsense and also as soon as I fulfilled the bonus requirements I turned of the bonus and played until there was no bonus funds at all I basically had to lose everything and then get it all back and as you can see it wasnt a welcome package it was 4th transaction

We have finally an explanation to give you.


In regards to the 2000 balance being voided, your withdrawal request was reviewed and its game sessions were in breach of one of the bonus rules, specifically 3.4. "Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum amount per spin/ bet that can be placed is $5. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal and void any winnings, if you place a bonus money bet higher than the allowed limit."


That is a rule of the casino and this is a common condition of the Online Casinos, Bondibet is in fact very flexible with this rule. For example if a player deposit $500 is expected that his/hers bet size should be higher than 1% of the deposit amount, in your case it was over 60% of the deposit and it wasn't a case of a unique higher bet.


Please be aware of the T&Cs of the casino to avoid further upsets.


I could see that your account has still the cash back received.

These guys are bunch of a crooks it's like a dictatorship if they see fit they can cancel it I honestly want to see them shut down already they've done it too many ppl and they try to send bonuses every f**king day I wonder could that be the welcome bonus they are referring to even tho it was my 4th deposit I'm still able to use welcome bonuses 🤔 interesting I literally went in there for 3 f**king hours lost everything got it back i destroyed the bonus requirements and then when I got the bonus amount from $1,550 down $8.26 finally down to 0 unmet the requirements I would've never requested a withdrawal I fi knew about all of this shit if they want ppl know know what's goin on then explain it ahead of time you f**kers made how long to do a request you couldnt explain no of course not cause that's how you get ppl get put money real em in and then when they think they have won in all actuality we dont win shit jus a f**king head ache and this has happened soo many times you would think that you rocket scientists over at bondibet would fix this and explain what's goin on instead of taking advantage of somebody especially while there is a worldwide pandemic goin and money being scarce shame on you guys 😡

I'm sorry if you feel upset with the outcome but the reality is that and T&Cs of the casino are clear.

Note that a withdrawal request is a procedure with many steps, some of those managed by different team.

When you request and withdrawal that same request is send to the player security department, there they will assess if the player have all the verification complete to proceed with the request, there is also a T&Cs compliance verification (note that due to high quantity of withdrawal requests, not all are able to be done while verification process take place).


Your request got stopped there, for breach of T&Cs of the casino.


Bondibet offers to their players plenty bonuses, there are daily promotions, all of that on top of the 15% Cash Back. Players that prefer not to use the bonuses only get the Cash Back.


The $3,75 that you are complaining are exactly that the Cash Back of your deposits. If you prefer not to be subjected to the bonuses T&Cs, please don't take the offer, stay with the Cash Back that doesn't have wagering requirement.

Jonathan, I would like to inform you that BondiBet Casino has provided a sufficient evidence that you have breached maximum allowed bet while wagering your bonus.

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Please, understand that breaching the terms led to confiscating the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
