I am fully verified, and when I withdrew the 1700AUD CASH BALANCE I went through an even further "random" verification check, where my account was further verified. `This is not bonus balance but was withdrawn to me via bank transfer, but still nothing . I was banned 5 or so days after my withdrawl with this email;
