I deposited money (without bonuses ) twice on 17th February 2023. I won on the first $ 30 over $ 530 and as I already had winners to add to this I requested to withdraw $650 . Then , I checked the amount that Boho said in my account withdrawal was unattached to any bonus restrictions and no funds were , so I requested this withdrawal with confidence . Then I deposited another $30 which was accepted by the casino and won another large amount so withdrew $350 . As a responsible gambler. Not long after I requested these withdrawals the trouble started and has continued several times and each time the support team are canceling my requests.

Firstly wanting recertification, which I have sent already, but did so again . The verification process for my mobile phone number is faulty on their site , when I put in my number to have sms send the code it will not allow you to use your number so the phone number cannot be verified . This by the way was not one of the identity requirements they asked for but I brought it to their attention as I feel they should rectify this issue. I am beginning to think that the phone verification failure is port of a scheme to refuse refunds . I live in Australia, my deposits are easily received by boho casino , yet my withdrawals are refused , I want my legally won money that they keep putting back into my account with their casino yet keep stalling my refund . Can you possibly help me? I signed up for this casino purely on your rating and review as felt it was a genuinely good safe casino.Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as I need the money due to financial difficulties and the reason I played was hoping to win to pay off my bills . I was thrilled when I thought it paid off, only to be let down . I have no idea why they are still refusing to cancel . They are responsible for causing much mental anxiety with the flick of an email . There must be consequences for a casino that flippantly dismisses peoples feelings and mental health so easily. I won , if I won in a Casino where I walked in and played, I would be paid straight away. This has been a disgrace and gives them a much lesser rating in my eyes than the 7.5 they have .

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? How many times did your request got canceled? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick and thank you for replying.All documents apart from phone verification are approved. Which are :

My address

My method of deposit

My identity

The phone is impossible to verify due to not ever allowing me to receive the sms code necessary to send to Boho to verify . It’s as though the deliberately have this set up to fail on purpose .

aApart from that communications are purely generic and they change their reasons for continuously refusing my payout .For example asking several times for reverification when it’s already been completed ( 3 times submitted) then proof of my deposits, then just canceling without explanation.

I deposited $30 on 17th Feb, no bonuses attached and keep winning, so I decided to withdraw $650 and submitted that request . The deposit was cleared and my account with Boho said there were no restrictions ( no bonus restrictions) preventing me from withdrawing this amount .

Then I continued playing with the balance and also deposited $ 30 extra to keep playing . Then when I won again ,I withdrew $350 , again without bonus conditions .

Almost straight away both were canceled no explanation ..So I went into my account and this is where I discovered that I had not actually completed my verification requirements. Boho did not say that time I needed to verify , they simply just canceled on what grounds I do not know . So after submitting all the documents and having all but the phone verified ( they have never mentioned this requirement by the way when they cancel , I think they deliberately have made it impossible for anyone to verify the phone numbers in order to restrict accessing your winnings)

I never hear from the support team at all when I email them each time my request is cancelled , only from the withdrawal email with different reasons .

Then , after I won the money for my $350 my 2nd deposit on the 17th of February for $30 deposit with funds in my boho account I see when I checked my bank account on the 20th of February that the deposit was rejected ??

So , Boho then kept asking for proof I had deposited. I have no idea what has happened and this occurred after I had already sent you my complaint . Therefore, Boho is now questioning both my withdrawals, even though the first $650 withdrawal was requested before the second withdrawal request of $650, completely nothing to do with the 2nd withdrawal request of $350 . Yet they are combining the two and refusing them both .

I have attempted several times to withdraw various amounts now to see if they will approve them in smaller increments but they keep refusing, refusing and refusing . If I cannot access the money won by the rejected 2nd deposit, which is out of my control , surely the first winnings I won fair and square on a approved deposit without bonus conditions attached ( I read their terms and conditions ) should be be paid without question .

Another glitch is that when I try to withdraw money and have it deposited back into the method of payment I used to deposit ( master card) it will never accept my address, so I ask for a bank deposit. They have never questioned me about this either , which I find odd and suspicious because one condition I read about is that when you withdraw you must withdraw using the same method you use to deposit, except I can never get it to process . They easily accept deposits , but make it impossible to withdraw . I am bringing this to you for urgent attention Nic , as in my experience the 7.5 rating is very misleading . I would never have joined if I knew how they actually operate and treat their players .

The last time I heard from them was last night . Again rejected . I have requested to receive less money now $ 535 which is the amount they advertised on the winning page I won before I tried to withdraw $650 . Be interesting to see what, why they will no doubt refuse this too .

I have played out the remaining balance now, trying to win more with no deposit, silly me, I should have left the balance at $1000, but I thought if I won more with no further deposit, then they would have no recourse to keep refusing . They keep referring to the $30 rejected deposit as reason for the entire amount being refused when the two withdrawal requests were entirely separate .

They are a very dishonest, casino and I can hardly afford to lose money I have won as I now care full time for my very I’ll husband and I hoped I could win some money to pay some bills . A risk , but when I did , I was over the moon, took a burden off my chest . Then it’s been stressful ever since .

I truly hope you can get to the bottom of this for me , at least see why their Mastercard and phone verification system is a sham designed to fail . I am in Australia by the way .

Dear Nick , after many conversations on live chat with Eli , proving a list of transactions from my BankWest Mastercard clearly showing the deposits and the cash advance fee charged for 3 transactions, now they are insisting on a specific transaction time ?? Eli will not accept anything else . I have politely pleaded my case saying that time is never included on a bank statement!! My bank confirmed this . Also , more worrying is after I won the last amount on the same day and checked to see what availability was to withdraw with no strings attached ( no bonuses used ) the amount said all was ok to be withdrawn no restrictions.

When I checked my Mastercard transactions there were 3 cash advances for $4.00 ea , which my bank charged as proof 3 deposits were made . Yet on the casino’s site in my wallet the last deposit of $30 was rejected during their pending period, even though I won on that money . This deposit has nothing to do with the other two deposit transactions where I requested the initial withdrawal , yet their representative is saying they are all linked together ?

Why was I charged 3 cash advances when only two deposits were accepted 3 days later by the casino ? I feel due to winning two large amounts, they are trying everything not to pay out my money .

All they keep requesting is the $30 , third deposit time which as they know I cannot provide and this is why they won’t verify my account !!

if for some reason (and I haven’t been told why ) the 3rd deposit is null and void, then why can’t they pay out the non disputed transaction withdrawal request that was initially rejected? It smacks of impossible demands to meet when they are continuing to insist on a time of transaction when it cannot be provided . They obviously are trying their hardest not to pay out. I tried a little experiment yesterday and deposited from my other institution and it went through no problem of course . Deposits always do , however trying to withdraw is not easy because they are not honest .Who has privy to cancelling the pending deposit? Can the casino do this ?

Honestly , it’s now become a real principle for me to see this to the end as it is not right that they accept one’s money as easily as they do, yet keep upping the anti , making verification near impossible to complete . I am depending on you for transparency from this company as it is completely immoral what they are putting me through !! I have provided every single document that they have requested, yet they keep changing the rules ! They know that no bank statement is going to provide time and this is what they are relying upon for getting out of paying ? Where is the legality in insisting on a time ? It is a ploy in my opinion .

I will attempt to withdraw again out of curiosity as I won again on my deposit from my other institution, I expect the same outcome however as they won’t clear my funds without the time of the last deposit of $30 I made through my original method of depositing with them . Obviously it was cleared by the bank as the cash advance fee has been charged to me and is on the statement .

Thanks Nic ,it is as I said before, the principle as I am not in a position to lose money . I just wanted what I won fair and square originally, now with the balance being $600 in my Boho account I would just be happy to get it out and never deal with this dishonest casino and their ridiculous demands ever again .

Just as I thought, no way I can withdraw my money as you can only withdraw the money from the same way you deposited , yet all avenues are blocked . Hence I requested it to be withdrawn and put into my bank account instead as you can proceed to the final stages with that method , just to be refused on the grounds of no verification was /is forth coming, of course it’s not !! You can’t verify, they make it impossible . Why did they cancel my pending transaction after I won and after I requested withdrawal of the winnings made from the deposit, then insist on a time so they can say we can’t pay you due to the cancellation of the transaction?? My bank has charged me a fee for cash advance which proves I deposited. Boho casino as the merchant is the only one who can cancel pending .How they can be reviewed and as 7.5 out of 10 is beyond me if this is how they operate . I am interested in the excuses they will offer .

I’m am not sure if you are receiving these additional conversations from myself, however I would appreciate some further communication. I firmly believe that due to myself winning on my two first deposits, the casino has blocked the pending second deposit and using this as the excuse to not verify my deposit as it isn’t showing up on my bank statement or their end because they canceled it during the pending process. Why else do I have $ 4.00 x 3 cash advances fees on my Mastercard transactions list ?( If it was cancelled legally the $ 4.00 fee would also be refunded )on the exact day I a deposited and won with the two $30 deposits in question not a separate later $60 deposit, the same day? The verification process to provide a time is ridiculous. Even my monthly bank statement I get never has a time transaction when it’s processed . I have given them every verification they request on signing up . Only after I won and wanted withdrawal was I given more and more verification demands . Doesn’t that sound suspicious? Now, I am prepared to just accept the money I won with the first deposit and requested $650 as this is separate from the 2 nd deposit, even though they are saying ( Eli in live chat ) that all transactions are " linked", how? If they make verification this impossible, how are they legal ? No one can provide more than I have . I have sent everything . I don’t have much faith in ever seeing my winnings, I will just hope that you don’t rely on them to reply , why would they if no one can hold them to account . However, your 7.5 rating needs adjustment.

I have read lots of reviews about this casino which I joined on the premise of your 7.5 review rating and your positive reviews about it. Unfortunately I should have read the customer reviews before joining . They are notorious for never honouring withdrawals with the extra verification required all the time and upping the anti when you do send more and more requested paperwork .Yet ,?they fake deposits regardless of verification?? They rejected a deposit after I won and are saying that when I re deposited and won again they are challenging the later deposit? How can you endorse this casino ? Have you read the other reviews? I don’t hold out any support or positive outcome, they are simply criminal in their intent towards honouring their customers rightfully won money .

I have closed the account with this casino as I have no faith in getting any monies from them as I have read similar reviews from people like me who have exactly the same issues with their impossible requests to prove the Lego of your deposits after they reject your deposit during the pending process after you win and request withdrawal. I also have no faith in yourselves being able to assist me with a favourable outcome either .

pkease do take their 7.5 rating off them so others are too not sucked in by your false sense of security in endorsing them as a safe Casino . They are certainly anything but .
