The player from Canada has been accused of opening multiple accounts. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
When I try to withdraw the money first they kept on declining my documents then They accuse me of having a second account which is not true then they simply took my $20,000 away because they said that my wager was wrong when I was playing

Additionally, could you please provide more information regarding unfinished bonus wagering?
