When I try to withdraw the money first they kept on declining my documents then They accuse me of having a second account which is not true then they simply took my $20,000 away because they said that my wager was wrong when I was playing

it’s absolute absurd and a rip off this site is a fraud

We will contact the casino and ask for supporting evidence, but, before we do so, could you please advise if to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address or device as yours?

Additionally, could you please provide more information regarding unfinished bonus wagering?
