i played for the first time at this casino and lost very quik 1200€ in a very short time .i excluded myself the same day over all the brand .since they have a promotion 20€ cashback i asked 2 weeks later in the chat about it he told me that i was selfexcluded and no cashback available .i want them to pay my cashback since they took my deposits very quick in a disgusting way .a promotion stand werther you still play or not .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to help you. I’m sure you understand that if you have requested a self-exclusion your account will remain blocked, and no promotional offers can be activated inside an account that has been suspended.
Would you be happy if the account which has been self-excluded is reopened after two weeks? I’m sure you wouldn’t like it. The whole point of the self-exclusion is to restrict a player from gambling.
