i made deposit of 1601 in my bluechip casino account via upi on 11 may , the transaction was processed successfully from my end, debited from my account and credited to their given account, but the deposit is not credited in casino account, and when i contacted their support team, they are saying they have not received money, how is this possible , i ham attaching my deposit slip bank statement and the qr code on which they asked payment on, i request casino guru to kindly step in and help in retriving my money please

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
