The issue is not the verification. I completed the verification on the 4th of Feb 2023 it is the delayed withdrawal that is the problem. They said 2 days max for withdrawal after verification was complete it is now coming into the third day. I spoke with eula from customer support yesterday and she said she has created a ticket with the financial department but this is what they have been saying for days now
