Thank you for your interest. But it was a misunderstanding. The site was under BDos attack and carried out the related precautionary maintenance. He was unavailable for almost 12 hours and I, given my experiences, immediately thought the worst. The casino charged the amount paid at my request and the support was helpful and kind. However, the case was about the disappearance of the site and not a problem with RTP, where there would be arguments and complaints about countless fake casinos.
I sincerely apologize for the haste of the request, both with you and with Blizz.io.

Vi ringrazio per l'interesse. Ma è stato un malinteso. Il sito era sotto attacco BDos ed ha effettuato le relative manutenzioni di precauzione. E' stato indisponibile per quasi 12 ore e io, dato le mie esperienze ho pensato subito al peggio. Il casinò ha addebitato la cifra versata su mia richiesta e il supporto si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile. Comunque il caso riguardava la scomparsa del sito e non un problema di RTP, dove ci sarebbe da discutere e lamentarsi su innumerevoli casinò fasulli.
Mi scuso vivamente per la frettolosità della richiesta, sia con Voi che con Blizz.io.
