Hello i won about 6 days ago 2800 Euro in the Blitz Casino. Ive sended documents ID Card and Bank statement. They said it could need up to 48 hours. It needed nearly the double time and then they requestet a picture holding a white Paper(Actual Date written and Casinoname) inclusive holding my personal ID nearly to my face. Ive sended it and one day later i should upload the same again but this time they wanted to see that "iam" holding (seeing my arms holding it)the Documents. Done again. And now at 0.00 theyve sended an e-mail and its written i should send The ID Card and a Bank letter which i did 6 days ago. That was the point when its was enough. Cause of this ill write in here.

Hello I had claimed the welcome bonus but the money is now there. My problem was that you wanted the same documents I sent in the beginning (ID bank letter) six days later. In my opinion, clear delaying tactics. Or they had messed up my documents. For me it would be done but other players should also see how it works on Blitz.be
Hallo ich hatte den Willkommensbonus beansprucht aber das Geld ist jetzt da. Mein Problem war das man diesselben Dokumente die ich Anfangs sendete(ID Bankbrief) sechs Tage danach erneut wollte. In meinen Augen klare Hinhaltetaktik. Oder sie hatten meine Dokumente verschlampert. Für mich wäre es erledigt aber andere Spieler sollten doch auch sehen wie es bei Blitz.be abläuft

Hello finally was paid. What annoyed me pretty much was that I sent the document that was sent back after 6 days. In addition, I should keep a white note with casino name, date and my ID card near my face. This was not approved because they said you have to see my arms as they hold the documents. That was not said to me at the beginning and only in the second mail. So I had to do it again. You know how difficult that is, especially the data can still be recognized on the identity card.
Hallo letztendlich wurde ausgezahkt. Was mich an der Sache ziemlich genervt hat war das ich die Dokument die Anfangs gesendet habe nach 6 Tagen erneut gefordert wurden. Zudem sollte ich einen weissen Zettel mit Casinoname, Datum und meinen Personalausweis in der nähe meines Gesichtes halten. Dies wurde auch nicht genehmigt da sie meinten man müsse meine Arme sehen wie sie die Dokumente halten. Das wurde mir Anfangs nicht gesagt und erst in der zweiten Mail. Also hab ich es nochmals machen müssen. Sie wissen wie schwierig das ist vor allem die Daten dann noch zu erkennen auf dem Personalausweis.
