The player placed the withdrawal request on the 13th of July, but their latest deposit made was on the 3rd of July, so at the time of review their withdrawal request was declined on the 20th of July. As per our Banking Page, you can cash out winnings from free bonus money if you have at least a minimum deposit of 25 made in the last 5 days before placing the payout request.

Their second withdrawal request was placed on the 21st of July and was declined on the 28th of July for the same reason, because the player did not make any new deposits since the 3rd of July.
