Yes i am asure that some players do playing black lotus casino and they put same address to the black lotus casino .

I tell them that you can verify my account if you think so but they don't take any documents from me and blocked me

"Only one account is allowed per Player, household, or IP address. Players are advised and cautioned against allowing any kind of third-party access to the player’s account and password. No third party is authorized to use or reuse a player’s account, access information, etc. It is solely the responsibility of the Player to safeguard his or her account details and password. If the Player suspects that his/her information has been accessed by a third party, it is mandatory to inform Customer Service as soon as possible."

Unfortunately we are not able to do anything in this case as you breached the terms and conditions. All I can recommend you is to contact the licencing authority of the casino and they might be able to help you out but it's hard to tell if there is any possibility .
