The player from Australia had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. However, the player later reported that the casino had approved his withdrawal and asked for the complaint to be removed. In response, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Hi there I hope you may be able to help me. I signed up with Bizzo Casino and have uploaded all forms of documentation as asked by the casino. 

I have spent a fair amount of money and finally won $600.

I was asked to upload screenshots of my proof of deposit on my bank account which I have done. My latest bill from home with names and addresses. Have also added proof with a screenshot with date, time and bsb and account number with my name.

There are three different screen shots on my bank statements to show this is legitimate and the bsb and account that link to my name.

They are claiming that all of the information which is- Name, bsb and account, amount, date and time, and the name of the transaction needs to be all on the same page screenshot.

This is not possible from my bank. I have very clearly shown them all evidence that it was bank card and bank account that deposited the amount. They know that I can’t have all of this on the one screenshot so they won’t pay me.

Could you please help as I have uploaded the evidence asked and more

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.


If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
