Finally, I withdrew the complaint due to the misunderstandings. And now comes the punchline. I registered with Hell Spin and found it annoying that I was constantly losing after so many €100 bets. I interacted with the chat and a very customer-friendly Hank befriended me. Thahahaaaa, why, you might wonder? Well, because they belong to Bizzo and I filed a complaint against Bizzo. What they didn't know was that I had already withdrawn the complaint. As if that wasn't enough, the same situation occurred at the National Casino, where I've been registered for years. This was way before Bizzo or Hell Spin Casino. It simply pissed me off that I was also throwing hundreds of euros to the wind there. I was systematically ripped off. I may not be the brightest but I'm certainly not the dullest. If gambling becomes more stressful than work, that's a strong sign of something wrong.

The way it is, all three casinos are partner casinos. I find it outrageous that they didn't tell me, "Hey, you're blocked due to a complaint at one of our partner casinos." I find it perverse that this Hank insinuates a friendship and withheld the fact that Bizzo Casino and National Casino all belong together. I was deliberately harmed and ripped off.
