Ok so I made 2 deposits last night to Bizzo using funds that were on my ‘CoinSpot Mastercard’ but because I never receive SMS VERIFICATION codes when making a deposit it never goes through, so instead I just use it through my APPLEPAY wallet. Works fine that way! I ended up winning $2300 and tried withdrawing

Anyway the problem arose last night after I realised that CoinSpot don’t actually have statements for customers, u can only go into the app or webpage and its will show u a list of your transactions but that’s not good enough fr Bizzo casino! I would completely understand if my situation was different. I wrote to CoinSpot this morning and they confirmed that they don’t have statements but if I wanted I could create an API for a read only version of my account! I then emailed BIZZO and mo response so I then instant messages tomight and the guy was so rude! He was like u know what we require the statement with your name the deposit time and date etc which I would be so happy to give hin if it existed! I will attach the copy of the transcript of him implying this is all a lie!

i have also sent them screen shots of my UBank account which i use to fund my CoinSpot cause UBank ban gambling transactions! The payid I sent to CoinSpot is literally 2 minutes before my APPLEPAY transaction to Bizzo! I have also provided the screen shots from my APPLEPAY wallet but again cause it doesn’t have my name on the transaction list it’s no good neither! I have requested from apple my wallet account data which will show the deposit to Bizzo but they won’t accept that neither cause uts not a bank statement!! I’m so dam upset cause I’ve now got my Bizzo account up to $11,100..

I had no idea that CoinSpot don’t have statements for their Mastercard account holders, it’s so unfair! I can prove it’s my account if they just let me send them a video recording of me logging into my CoinSpot acount t and show them the transaction list. Or even let me sort out the API! It’s like they have this one requirement which I had no idea I couldn’t provide but I can provide a massive amount of evidence to undoubtedly prove it’s my transaction! Please help me 🙏🙏🙏


I waned to send the ichats I've had with their staff, especially how sarcastic and rude the guy was this evening when all I was trying to do was offer as much info to prove my transactions

I have made successful withdrawals from numerous other casinos before but not this one!


They won’t KYC verify me! Even though I have supplied my drivers license and everything possible!


And No I didn’t use any bonuses to win this money!

It's a prepaid card so unfortunately it doesn't I'll forward you my last email from them!


I can get the transaction list but it isn't like a traditional bank statement. Ive attached the app transaction list and the we page version.

I am KYC verified to use coinspot. I can also make a sreen video recording showing me logging in and showing I'm KYC with my name etc and then go to my prepaid card and show the transactions.


I don't understand how bizzo casino can except prepaid cards it says on their terms and conditions yet prepaid cards don't have normal features like a bank such as a statement with name! I'll attach my normal bank statement showing me paying into my coinspot acc via payid.

Our support department is asking for clarifying information about your last deposit. Please upload a screenshot of the bank transaction made on 03.11.2024 at 13:49:58 UTC, showing the amount, date and time, account number and account holder's name.

We recommend taking a screenshot from a computer, as this format will usually show all the necessary data that may not be present on a phone snapshot. Please help us understand by providing this option - it will significantly speed up the resolution of your issue.

I have provided that information and now I’m providing you with it again and also what is available within the CoinSpot app! CoinSpot Mastercard is a prepaid card which you accept as a payment method! Not all features are the same as a normal bank as this is a crypto wallet which has Mastercard card option! It’s not a bank for the last time!! The only transaction receipt that is available I have sent! THAT IS ALL THAT I CAN GET I HAVE CONTACTED COINSPOT AND THERE ISNT AN OPTION FOR A DETAILED RECEIPT WITH EVERYTHING ON THERE U REQUIRE CONTACT THEM YOURSELF TO CONFIRM.

You are legit offering a deposit service from a prepaid card, prepaid cards ARE NOT BANKS! You should not advertise prepaid cards as an accepted form of payments when you know for well that isn’t not a bank and can’t provide the necessary screen shots!

Well they ended up fully verifying me this morning and then I went to withdraw and they declined it AGAIN! I managed to get staff at CoinSpot to provide me with what bizzo were demanding. They finally were happy and I was fully verified and then someone changed their mind




It’s confusing cause I paid using APPLEPAY wallet. To use my CoinSpot card.


The transaction date is appearing as the 5th Nov on Coinspot cause that’s when the transaction balanced, before then it was a pending payment.


I have screen shots of the applepay wallet transaction but they won’t accept those cause they don’t have enough personal details on them.


Coinspot is a prepaid card from a crypto wallet is doesn’t have normal banking functions like detailed transaction receipts! They accept prepaid cards as payment form though so as far as I’m concerned if this isn’t sorted out immediately I’m just going to contact the Australia gambling commission and have them reported for misleading consumers.
