The player from Slovenia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout had not been received yet. The player mentioned that he had made successful withdrawals in the past and found it strange not to have received his money. The Complaints Team had advised him to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, due to the player's lack of response to further inquiries, we were unable to investigate further and the complaint was subsequently rejected.

I made a withdrawal on friday 16 February. Every time the money was on my bank account on the next working day.. They wont send me proof of payment from their site and wont tell me when the payment was proceeded. Withdrawal was confrimed on friday 16 February.


Please let me knwo what can i do..

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Okey thank you for your answer. But i made a withdrawal a few times and there was no problem at al.. so it is strange to not recive a money yet… I dont know why they dont send me the proof of payment..
