If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Bizzo Casino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings."

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, since I clearly see that you breached this term numerous times, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Nemokid, this is the 58th complaint you have submitted so far. I am pretty sure you are a skilled enough player to know how maximum allowed bet and bonus T&Cs work. There is no set of rules that would legally bind sister casinos to all have the same T&Cs. They are all allowed to offer different bonuses with different bonus conditions. This casino clearly shares the correct information on its website, and just because one sister casino has a specific maximum allowed bet you cannot assume that it is applied everywhere else.

Moreover, I am also pretty sure you understand that the currency exchange rate fluctuates, therefore casinos use a fixed amount as it would be impossible to change Bonus T&Cs every day. You know we agreed with you many times in all your complaints and tried to help you when we could, but we cannot support you further in this case.

Please, read the T&Cs that the casino shares on its website (not the sister casino website) carefully next time and we would all appreciate it if you stopped finding excuses for your own mistakes. After gathering all the necessary information I am forced to reject this complaint as unjustified. Thank you for understanding.
