I made a ready withdrawal yesterday from the BIZZO CASINO company, they canceled my ready for the reason that there is a photo they ask for the identification of the bank, my name does not look very well because some letters have worn out, but it is obvious that it says my name .

I have also sent them my bank passbook which shows the iban and the account number and I also sent them a screen shot photo of my online profile which is my bank account which also shows all my details

and they continue to cancel the withdrawal and are now asking me for proof of address.However, I have uploaded the identification documents for some of my addresses and they have approved them, but they ask for address identification again.

I believe that they are simply scammers and do not want to put the money.
