The player from Belgium requested a withdrawal, but it's still pending in his account. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding to our messages and questions.
Hi, I am having issues with bitslot casino regarding my withdrawal. I made one withdrawal which was processed pretty fast however, there have been issues with the second withdrawal. I made it on 7th of April. After couple of hours it was rejected. I contacted live chat and I was told there was a technical issue and I should request the withdrawal once again. However, the same thing happened. After my third attempt it was not rejected, however, it has been stuck in pending mode. I am communicating with them by email but it seems those who are replying either don't know anything or are lying. At first they told me the withdrawal address has to be verified by the team whatever that means. They told me this can take up to 3 days. Later they said it is being verified at the moment. But that moment was already couple of days ago. Today after requesting what was happening they replied with a random question "did you verify the wallet". I replied that of course the wallet address was verified by me because when I made my first withdrawal (which I received) I had to verify the address. Then they replied that "the transaction is being processed further by our finance department". It seems they are simply stalling the payment and replying random things.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

The casino states they process the withdrawals in 24 hours but in some cases it might take up to three days. My case is already 4 full days. But the main problem is they give different answers, at first it is technical issue, then something else. If there wouldn't be these things I would agree upon waiting, but in this case something is phishy. And there are no issues with verification because I already received a withdrawal from them. That is the second withdrawal they are not paying out.

However, If the current cashout request is still 'pending', I will set the timer for an additional 7 days to allow the casino two full weeks to process the payment.
