The player from the United States has deposited funds into casino account just to find out that the slots are not available. Now she’s experiencing difficulties requesting a refund. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I made a depoist thensaw they had no slots no games at all therefore I asked customer support they said they were having technical issues to please be patient that was a week and a half ago I ask everyday now I try to withdraw my funds the email conformation link they send me days address not found so now I can't even get my money money out

I haven't touched the funds I deposited due to nothing on the site I the requested to withdraw and the email verification that was sent says address not found

I firsted via promotion email that was sent to me, then when I saw no games I just canceled promotion and tried withdraw these are screenshots of interactions with the cs and also the site
