Made deposit of $165 on 7/18/23 and it's 8/4/23, still have not received credit on my account. Keep being told the same exact auto responses. Workin on it, please be patient basically. I've saved all my screenshots the last 17 days I've been waiting. It made it to relevant or right department over a week ago.

Yes my first deposit with bitstrike casino. I ask for payment provider information and was told they can't share it. They keep repeating that my deposit has made it to appropriate department and will be processed soon. I sent you a couple screenshots, I have alot.
