I withdrew one day I think 4 times in one day. So they take the option of e-transfer away from me. I tried talking to sopport said that’s from head office. Just says no longer avalible. But my neighbour still has it and my sister-in-law still has it same city. If they don’t want u to withdraw more than once why don’t they just say that I spent hours and hours trying to get it back. I’m only allowed to play bitcoin I’m too old to start using that I want cash and they got the option but won’t even try. And trust me I begged I just wanna start giving them money and they just brush me off very disappointed played and spent a ton of cash. Then kick to the curb

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method (except Bitcoin) to withdraw your winnings?

Oh yes I got verified they took away every option to deposit can only use bitcoin. Gets me really frustrated when I go to my neighbors and he got all the options. And I know 2 other people that have that option I just want an explanation I know they can do what they want. But out of me being the customer u would think they would try. Atleast ask head office why was it taken away I can handle why. Even if I don’t agreee but they just say too bad in some bullshittalk I’m semi retired now been playing for a long time.

I just asked the casino can I have an explanation why the options were taking away after talking to the sopport person after abit. He said i will never get back because im a hard learner. Obviously u not understanding I don’t need to withdrawal. I’m just telling u that my Freind my neighbour has e-transfer they got the options still. Same city. If h read the emails he says I’ll never get back cause I don’t listen or learn. But obviously this was a waste of time. I didint think anything would happen. Just cause I withdraw a few times in a day u can get treated like this. No answer why just cut u off after how many 10s of thousands I spent whatever thanks I guess

I understand your concern. However, the casino can modify the payment methods that are available for both deposits and withdrawals. If you are not satisfied with the payment options provided, you have the option to switch to a different platform for playing.
